Requirements
- Planning, directing, and coordinating the tasks and growth for the application engineering team
- Assigning and balancing application engineering resources for all quote related technical deliverables
- Providing technical direction to the application engineering team and technical support and guidance to customers
- Owning internal technical training across the organization for data center equipment applications
- Leading the standards and industry trends and developments in data center cooling technology
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
