Job Description
Reznor is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead the development and expansion of their heating solutions in the Eastern region of the U.S. This role involves driving market penetration, accelerating revenue growth, and cultivating strategic partnerships with manufacturers’ representatives, distributors, and partners. The Director will be responsible for creating growth plans, managing sales channels, and providing technical support to partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, particularly in Engineering or a related technical field
- 5-10 years’ experience in HVAC industry sales
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and applications preferred
- Executive-level presentation & Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proven experience as a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and growth
- Availability for regular business hours, with some weekends required
