Job Description
The Customer Service Assistant 2 will respond to customer inquiries, requests for information, and complaints using various channels. They will perform basic clerical tasks and provide routine office assistance.
Requirements
- 9 mos. training or 9 mos. experience in office practices & procedures;
- 9 mos. training or 9 mos. experience in public relations or customer service;
- 9 mos. training or 9 mos. experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry, or word processing;
- Operation of a personal computer
