Community Assistant

The Community Assistant is an entry level live-in staff member responsible for supporting the physical, emotional, social, and academic needs of first-year residential students.

Requirements

• Coordinate and plan student programs and excursions
• Mentor first-year students
• Encourage student academic success and respond to student concerns
• Monitor student behavioral policies and protocols
• Maintain the safety and well-being of the residential population
• Respond to crises and be an on-call emergency contact
