Job Description
The Supplemental Work and Transition (SWAT) Relief Registered Nurse will collaborate with various healthcare providers to provide patient care and facilitate smooth operations within the hospital. The role is a key member of the clinical team, serving as an advocate for the shift, and providing leadership to nursing personnel. The RN assists with daily operations and provides clinical expertise, prioritizing patient needs and maintaining high standards of care.
Requirements
- Graduate from a BSN program within 6 years of hire into an RN position (for newly hired nurses) and 2 years of experience (for existing RNs) (for 7/1/2016 hires)
- Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification or equivalent
- Bachelor of Nursing Program Certificate or degree
