Job Description
The 1031 Exchange Administrator will support the Business Development Officer, In-House Processing Team, and VP of Northern 1031 Exchange. This role involves setting up and maintaining In-House 1031 Exchange files, correspondence with clients, wire instructions verification, reconciliation, relationship building, and coordinating events. It's a full-time position with occasional weekend and holiday commitment.
Requirements
- Set-up all new In-House 1031 Exchange files.
- Create and maintain documents using XGen tool.
- Verify wire instructions and prepare wires for closing.
- Collaborate with Marketing to prepare for conferences and events.
- Reconcile Northern 1031 Exchange accounts monthly.
- Actively solicit relationships with closing attorneys, title agents, and brokers.
