Job Description
The 1031 Exchange Business Development Officer is responsible for developing and expanding business within the Northern 1031 Exchange and Northern Realty platforms. This role involves prospecting for new clients, managing existing relationships, attending industry events, and identifying cross-selling opportunities. The position requires a strong understanding of 1031 Exchange tax regulations and a proactive approach to securing referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years in sales and marketing experience in real estate or 1031 Exchange industry
- Massachusetts Real Estate Agent license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of 1031 Exchange tax code
- Strong English skills
