Mid-Level On-Site Java Software Engineer

Northstrat is seeking an experienced Mid-Level Software Engineer to join a dynamic team. The role involves supporting the design, development, testing, and performance analysis of the system. The ideal candidate will use provided development environments and follow an agile approach to support a program's development.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret US government clearance
• US citizenship
• HS diploma or GED or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of experience in Java
• Experience with microservices and containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Spring Framework or Spring Boot
• Experience with API development, including REST architectural style
• Experience with Linux OS and Command Line Interface
• Ability to obtain a DoD 8570 certification within 6 months of start date
• Ability to work full time on-site
