Job Description
The Counseling Education Department is seeking a part-time, qualified Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for accreditation-related activities. This role involves providing training for faculty and students in Qualtrics, compiling assessment materials, assisting with uploading assessments to Qualtrics, and assisting field site supervisors. The Coordinator will also assist with CACREP-related activities, updating manuals and gathering information for new site approval.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years in an administrative assistant or clerical role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer systems (Excel)
- Professionalism and tact
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Confidentiality
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
- Christian perspective (preferable)
