Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
RN-EC, nursing experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
RN/RPN
RN/RPN with 3-5 years experience, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively
Family Physician
CPSO license, medical degree, experience in hospital and community settings, and English proficiency required
Casual Receptionist /Secretary
Three to five years of experience as a receptionist, excellent customer service skills, and knowledge of office management systems and procedures are required
Community Dietitian - Youth and Family Wellness
Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutrition, experience working with underserved youth and families, and valid driver's license
Psychologist - FASD
Registered Psychologist with 3-5 years of experience, current membership with the College of Psychologists of Ontario, and demonstrated knowledge of psychological assessments
Community Ambassador – Inter Professional Care Team
Secondary school diploma or equivalent work experience, experience in community outreach or health promotion, and lived experience in community health or mental health
Therapist - Youth Wellness
Master's degree, 2+ years of clinical experience, and experience working with Indigenous or black communities
Casual Receptionist/Secretary
Two years of experience as a receptionist, excellent organizational skills, and good knowledge of medical terminology
RN-RAAM/Primary Care
3+ years of nursing experience, addictions nursing experience, and ability to work flexible hours
