Provider Partnerships Regional Manager

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. We are growing quickly and have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups. As a Provider Partnerships Regional Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Provider Partnerships Managers to scale revenue by partnering with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Proven track record in healthcare sales/BD
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably at a high-growth startup
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing salespeople
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Ability to leverage data and data tooling (specifically Salesforce) to inform your strategy
