Job Description
The Field Service Engineer will travel to customer sites to perform equipment and product maintenance, installation, testing, calibration, repair, and upgrades. This role involves understanding products, interacting with customers and suppliers, and creating service reports.
Requirements
- Travel to Customer sites
- Inspect, install, calibrate, upgrade, repair, refurbish ARM/NOV equipment/products
- Interact with relevant departments to understand product operations
- Perform field upgrades of software and Electrical hardware
- Conduct field operational analysis and surveys
- Prepare Service Report
