Job Description
The Field Service Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of Digital Completions Services (DCS) and NOV Digital Services (NDS) by traveling to client sites for hardware installation, troubleshooting, and training. The role focuses on building strong client relationships and supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term operational excellence. The field rep functions as a liaison between NOV and clients.
Requirements
- Travel to customer sites for installation, commissioning, testing, calibration, and training.
- Perform field upgrades of software and hardware.
- Document field failures and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory.
