Job Description
This field service technician position involves traveling to customer sites to install, commission, calibrate, and train customers on NOV product operation. Responsibilities include field installations, calibrations, upgrades, billing, paperwork, and customer feedback. Technical knowledge of oil and gas field components is required.
Requirements
- AA Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of technical experience preferred
- Willingness to travel more than 75%
- 12+ hours of daily work (local technicians), 14 days on, 14 days off (rotational technicians)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Electrical background preferred
- Willing to work a rotating schedule
