Job Description
Staff Accountant responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of period close, required reports, and journal entries to create and support processes that meet required company deadlines. Performs balance sheet reconciliations, assists with SOX testing, and provides support with audits and communications with Accounting Managers and controllers.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of period close, required reports, and journal entries
- Ability to create and enter journal entries with supporting backup
- Balance sheet reconciliation and analysis skills
- SOX testing and compliance experience
