Job Description
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of Brickmakers Café, overseeing staff, ensuring cleanliness, compliance with health codes, and managing inventory. The position involves customer service, food preparation, and contributing to café development. This part-time, on-call position offers health benefits with a generous pay rate.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Minimum 3 years restaurant service and supervision.
- Availability to work a variable schedule, including early and late hours and weekends/holidays.
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to cook and prepare menu items.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Efficient cash handling and inventory management.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of alcohol service and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
