We are seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator with 3–5 years of accounting or financial operations experience to support our billing, invoicing, and AR functions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, billing, AP/AR, or financial operations
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with QuickBooks preferred
- Ability to interpret and apply contract terms to billing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‐solving abilities
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively
