Job Description
The Billing Coordinator role ensures proper and accurate preparation and transmittal of client invoices in accordance with client's revenue, production budgets, estimates and cash flow. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with Account Service and Commercial Finance team.
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant working experience in a similar finance position
- Bachelor’s in accounting or related field preferred
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and experience with NetSuite preferred
- Datarails experience is a plus.
- Keen analytical instincts and drive for answers and results
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles
