Requirements
- Prior experience in CRM campaign management within the i-Gaming industry or similar online industries is highly desirable
- Experience with online Sportsbook & Gaming products will be a strong advantage
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to come up with innovative and creative ideas for CRM campaigns that can capture the attention of the target audience
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms for campaign execution, automation, and analysis like Optimove
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and data analytics teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
