CRM Specialist

We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to take ownership of day-to-day CRM activities across our partner platforms, plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns, and contribute to partner success.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Smartico experience is a strong advantage).
• Strong understanding of player engagement, bonuses, promotions, and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working with people at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
