Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM or related roles within the iGaming or technology sectors
- Strong understanding of the Brazilian gaming market, customer behavior, and regulatory environment
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
- Strong familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
