3-6 years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience, strong analytical skills, and proven track record of running multi-channel CRM programs

4+ years backend engineering experience, Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related technical field, strong proficiency in Go, Rust, or C++

Bachelor's/Master's in CS, 3+ years distributed systems experience, and experience with systems programming (Rust, Go, or C++). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also required

Harvard grad experience is needed, but roles are open to those comfortable with change and ambiguity. A purpose-driven and intellectually curious individual who likes challenge and wants to be part of an ambitious team is ideal

3+ years of experience in full stack development, proficiency in system programming languages and modern frontend frameworks, experience with distributed systems and cloud-based architecture

3+ yrs paid marketing experience, strong skills in Meta Ads, & cross-functional leadership. Bachelor's degree preferred

Accounting experience, proficiency in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial reporting, and experience using accounting and financial tools
