Novig is seeking a Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers to define roles and building attractive pipelines. Requirements

• 3-6+ years of in-house recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to hire across multiple functions (product, engineering, business/ops)
• Strong sourcing capabilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple searches
• Comfort working in ambiguity and a bias toward speed and experimentation
