Job Description
Novig is seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale paid acquisition efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, X, and beyond. The role involves strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns, with a focus on scaling new business lines and experimenting with growth levers. The company is a sports prediction market focused on offering a unique and profitable betting experience.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years in paid marketing roles
- Experience managing Meta Ads accounts at scale
- 3-4+ years leading cross-functional initiatives from product launches to conversion-optimized campaigns
- Expertise in A/B, conversion lift, and incrementality testing
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
