Job Description
Novisto is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Specialist to develop and execute a global sales enablement strategy, design onboarding programs, and optimize the sales process. This role will involve collaboration with various teams, data analysis, and tracking of performance metrics to drive sales productivity and growth. It is a chance to contribute to sustainability and potentially gain experience with an early-stage company.
Requirements
- Develop and execute the global sales enablement strategy
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding programs and ongoing training
- Partner with marketing, product, and operations to provide relevant content and tools
- Partner with sales leadership to embed coaching frameworks
- Align enablement programs with sales processes and CRM usage
- Define success metrics and track program effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
