The Desktop Support Engineer will provide direct and remote technical support for operating systems, hardware, networks, and mobile devices. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and administration, as well as support for internal IT orders and management of the warehouse. The position requires strong communication and teamwork skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of documented practical experience in an IT support department.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware construction.
- Practical knowledge of directory services like Microsoft Active Directory, including permission and object organization.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop systems and basic knowledge of Linux and macOS systems.
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi network configuration and maintenance.
- Understanding of software and system licensing principles.
- Fluent Polish language skills.
- Communicative level of English.
- Ability to work in a team, proactive attitude, and willingness to develop.
