- Experience in Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, Enterprise anti-virus solutions, Helpdesk ticketing systems, Mobile device management, Enterprise encryption solutions, Windows PC/laptop management via Active Directory
