NP Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Director to lead our sales efforts in our fast-paced digital marketing agency. As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business initiatives, and bringing sales opportunities in the Latin-American region.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the communications and marketing industry, with a strong track record of consistently meeting sales targets
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is required
- Digital marketing expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
- Strong leadership skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Strategic mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and devise effective solutions
- Results-oriented: A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets
- A track record of building long-term client relationships and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree or other relevant postgraduate degree is a plus
