Requirements
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify potential leads for our products and services.
- Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our company, understand their needs, and schedule appointments with our Account Executives.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with leads by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our products and services, addressing their inquiries, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Qualification: Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather relevant information to qualify leads based on established criteria.
- Appointment Setting: Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified leads for appointments, ensuring a smooth transition of information and expectations.
- Documentation: Accurately and consistently update our CRM system with all relevant lead information, communications, and progress updates.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other BDRs, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to share best practices, insights, and strategies for lead generation and conversion.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed assigned goals and targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and appointment setting.
