The Senior Manager Global Total Rewards is responsible for developing, innovating, and administering comprehensive total rewards solutions aligned with NSF's culture and business priorities.
Requirements
- Development, design, communication, compliance, and management of all global compensation and benefit programs
- Serves as a strategic partner providing support, guidance, and advice on total rewards projects and initiatives
- Ensures company programs provide motivation, incentives, and rewards to attract and retain diverse top talent
- Manages annual processes such as benefits open enrollment, annual incentive program, job evaluations, and global market surveys
- Accurately interprets, counsels, communicates, and educates employees on total rewards philosophy, policy, and practice
- Streamlines existing and develops new compensation and benefit offerings and processes
- Develops tools to monitor, measure, and analyze compensation and benefit/perk program offerings
- Leads and develops team ensuring growth opportunities and career pathing
