HR Business Partner

You will partner closely with management and business functions to strengthen organizational capabilities, enhance employee experience, and support the company's continued growth in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a high-tech manufacturing and/or semiconductor environment.
• Proven experience managing large workforce populations within an MNC environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced in HR data reporting and analytics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and build strong working relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Pivot tables) and HRIS platforms.
• High compliance mindset and strong attention to detail.
