The role involves providing support on IT requests and break-fix, provisioning new users, and troubleshooting technical problems. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems, and experience in IT support.
Requirements
- Provide support on IT requests and break-fix
- Provision new users with hardware, software, and account setup
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
- Provide technical support for mobile device issues
- Respond to cyber, malware alerts and location outages
- Utilize remote support tools to diagnose and resolve desktop issues
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot AV equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and testing of AV equipment
- Manage IT Rooms
- Support IT maintenance
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to manage and resolve escalations
- Manage and resolve support tickets
- Ensure adherence to the ticketing process
- Ensure that issues are call out on time using the correct channel
- Manage the inventory, deployment, and maintenance of desktop assets
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and oversee the entire asset lifecycle
