Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our customers, troubleshoot NuCO2 equipment, and provide expert knowledge on beverage carbonation solutions. This is a full-time position that requires daily reporting to HQ and a 3-week onsite training class.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Two years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferably in retail, airline, food service or service delivery industry
- Restaurant/Food Service/Manufacturing and or mechanical background highly desired
- Ability to work various shifts that will include evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be flexible to work overtime when required
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus
