Job Description
The Installations & Service Scheduler will collaborate with field operations and sales teams to meet deadlines for installing CO2 tanks and beer equipment, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Collaborate with field operations and sales teams
- Independently prioritize tasks and create schedules
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Respond to emails and safety-related service cases
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Provide customers with daily updates
- Possess basic troubleshooting knowledge of NuCO2 equipment
- Dispatch calls to technicians
