Numeral is building the automation backbone for internet commerce. We're hiring a Founding Head of People to design, build, and lead the People function at Numeral.

Requirements

• 10+ years of People leadership experience
• Prior experience as a first or early Head of People
• Deep experience scaling teams rapidly
• Strong command of recruiting, compensation, performance management, and People Ops
• Proven ability to partner with executives and influence without bureaucracy
• Comfort operating in ambiguity
• Exceptional communicator
