Growth & Events Lead

Numeral is building the automation backbone for internet commerce, starting with sales tax compliance. We're looking for a Growth & Events Lead to architect and execute events that drive top-of-funnel growth, sales velocity, and long-term brand affinity.

Requirements

• Strong background in event marketing, partnerships, or growth roles at high-growth startups
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end events — from strategy and planning to execution and post-mortem
• Experience owning pipeline goals or revenue metrics associated with events
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of working cross-functionally with charm and confidence
• High attention to detail with a bias toward quality, speed, and iteration
