We are looking for a Personnel Support Specialist to join our highly motivated HR team at Nuremberg Exhibition Center. The ideal candidate will have significant professional experience in personnel administration or personnel support, with accompanying processes well known to them. They will have in-depth knowledge of business administration/finance and fundamental knowledge of labor law and payroll accounting.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in personnel administration or personnel support
- In-depth knowledge of business administration/finance
- Fundamental knowledge of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting
- Excellent German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Experience with HR systems such as Personio
