Nuvei is seeking an Enterprise Support Specialist to join their International Enterprise Support team in Bogota, Colombia. The role focuses on handling escalations from clients, investigating payment-related issues, and ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. The company is a fintech company accelerating global payment processing, connecting local clients with their customers worldwide, and offering banking, risk management and fraud services.
Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- University or college degree or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
