Job Description
Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company, is seeking a Senior eCommerce Underwriter to support the team reviewing merchant applications for creditworthiness. This role involves in-depth analysis, risk assessment, collaboration with partners and Loss Prevention teams, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of the Underwriting team. The team operates in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering solutions to diverse clients.
Requirements
- Conduct detailed credit & risk analysis of merchant accounts.
- Demonstrate strong methodical skills in analyzing data and preparing written reports.
- Maintain communication and collaboration with partners, merchants, and other teams.
- Process applications efficiently and with analytical thinking.
- Answer internal and external inquiries about Underwriting issues.
- Provide internal concurrence and mentorship to non-senior underwriters.
