A well established law firm is recruiting for a Development Transfer Secretary to join their team in Tygervalley, Cape Town.
Requirements
- Matric
- Degree / Diploma added advantage
- Minimum 3 years experience in currently working on Development Transfers as a Conveyancing Secretary
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office & Ghostconvey)
- Attention to detail, planning and organising and time management skill
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Afrikaans, both written and verbal
- The incumbent should be proactive, flexible and efficient and must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to work independently, efficiently and speedily
- Must have experience handling high volume files
