Job Description
The Conveyancing Secretary will be responsible for taking bond instructions, preparing files, and administering the bond practice. They will also attend to bond cancellations, finances, and lodgements.
Requirements
- Matric essential
- Legal secretary / conveyancing qualification advantageous
- 6+ years experience as a conveyancing secretary
- Microsoft Office Suite programmes
- Experience with Investec, Nedbank and Standard Bank
- In-depth knowledge of conveyancing software/systems
- Basic knowledge on Aderant Expert (CMS) accounting system
