Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another complementary field
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting
• Experience with full life cycle recruiting process
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
• Familiarity with resume databases, job boards and professional networks
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadline
