Requirements
- Source passive candidates through various channels by identifying the ideal profile for each of our open roles
- Develop, own and execute creative sourcing strategies
- Maintain and nurture your pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that align with their experiences and interests
- Engage candidates in order to understand their motivators, purpose, and interests
- Report pipeline and candidate activity to the Recruiting team
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within ATS
- Work with hiring teams to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective strategy
- Conduct phone interviews
- Provide strategic thought partnership throughout the candidate selection process advising on candidates’ skill set and company fit
- Manage candidate experience throughout the process
