NxtWave is a fast-growing Ed-Tech company that is transforming youth into highly skilled tech professionals. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to engage with prospective students and their parents to assess interest, clarify queries, and drive enrollment decisions.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in EdTech, B2C Inside Sales, Counselling-led sales
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), interpersonal abilities, and confidence in interacting with learners
• A structured approach to follow-ups, pipeline management, and achieving targets
• Highly motivated, hardworking individuals with a learner-first mindset
• Empathetic, patient, and passionate about helping learners achieve their career goals
