The company is seeking a Document Control Technician II to process, distribute, retrieve, maintain and archive all project related records received and sent by LAWA.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing a Document Control effort for a large-scale construction project or program
• Experience with Document Control hardware and software, such as scanners, optical character recognition
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Professional
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to produce accurate and timely results
