Vacation Rentals Operations Manager - Oak Island Accommodations

Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization, supervise and lead departments, and provide customer service to guests and homeowners.

Requirements

• Experience in the vacation rental industry in an operations management or similar role
• Experience managing a team of 10+ employees
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
• Experience in Breezeway
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays to support business needs
