Job Description
Coordinates and monitors the provision of infection control throughout the hospital services by demonstrating leadership, creativity, initiative, and collaborative problem solving. Develops, implements, documents, and monitors the infection control plan, programs, and initiatives for the hospital.
Requirements
- Current licensure as Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
- Infection Prevention/Control Certification preferred
- BLS certification is required upon hire
