Requirements

• Originate, structure, and execute transactions that meet the lending requirements of OakNorth
• Manage and develop existing customer relationships, and identify new relationships and opportunities
• Work as part of a team on the execution of real estate and property transactions
• Build the profile of the Bank in the external market
• Assess growth opportunities for OakNorth in the market
• Spread financial accounts and financial modelling
• Analyse financial accounts and manage information and prepare credit memorandums
• Ensure transactions are documented in accordance with credit approved terms
• Meet team and individual targets
