Job Description
OakNorth is seeking a passionate and driven Originator to join their US team and contribute to scaling their lending business. This role focuses on operational real estate lending, with a strong emphasis on building customer relationships and delivering high-quality service. The originator will leverage their existing network and data to drive the business forward, partnering with other teams and embracing a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the US market, with an extensive network in Operational Real Estate lending
- Proven success within Operational real estate deals
- Strong credit, financial analysis and modelling skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills
