Job Description
OakNorth is seeking a talented Originator to join their growing US team and drive the expansion of their lending business across the country. The role focuses on CRE and C&I lending, requires a strong understanding of the US market, and emphasizes building customer relationships and operational excellence. Originators will build a book of business, manage relationships, and contribute to the team's efforts in shaping the future of commercial banking.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of the US market, with an extensive network in CRE and C&I lending
- Proven success within Operational Real estate deals
- Strong credit, financial analysis and modelling skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Obsession with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build long-term lasting relationships
